Description
Product Overview

Spirax Sarco BC3250 is a blowdown controller designed for steam boilers. It manages Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) by operating a blowdown valve and controls a bottom blowdown valve via an integrated timer to remove precipitated solids from the boiler shell. The unit works in conjunction with conductivity sensors and a Pt100 temperature sensor to provide accurate monitoring and control, preventing scale buildup and maintaining safe boiler operation.
Key Features

- Front panel with LCD graphics display and five-button keypad for viewing process variables and trend graphs.
- Compatible with CP10, CP30, and CP32 conductivity sensors and Pt100 temperature sensors.
- Selectable pulsed output (10 seconds open, 20 seconds closed) to prevent rapid water level drops in smaller boilers.
- Isolated 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA retransmit output for remote TDS display or management system integration.
- Infrared (IR) communication link for data transfer between adjacent boiler house controllers.
- EIA/TIA-485 Modbus RTU communication capability.
- Pass code protection to prevent unauthorized changes to commissioning parameters.
